The following is how the BITE Events LLC SMS/text message program works, a user who is interested in becoming a partner/affiliate and promoting the sale of our General Admission tickets will visit our website, and complete a form.
SMS messages opt-in via a form, and the messages are transactional and the frequency of messages may vary. Data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
'No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.'
BITE, also referred to in this Privacy Policy as “BITE,” “we,” “our,” or “us,” respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of individuals who apply for, join, or participate in the BITE Partner Program.
The BITE Partner Program allows approved partners to promote BITE General Admission tickets priced at $65.00 and earn a 50% commission on qualifying ticket sales attributed to their approved referral link or tracking method, subject to program rules and approval.

Not all clicks or purchases will necessarily qualify for commission. We reserve the right to review, withhold, reject, or reverse commission credit if we determine that a sale was invalid, fraudulent, improperly attributed, canceled, refunded, or generated in violation of our policies.
We take the integrity of the BITE Partner Program seriously. We may monitor account activity, referral patterns, sales activity, promotional methods, and related data to detect suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
If we suspect fraudulent activity, deceptive conduct, misuse of referral links, false representation, self-dealing, unauthorized advertising practices, chargeback abuse, bot traffic, fake leads, or any conduct we believe undermines the program, BITE reserves the right to terminate the partnership at any time, for any reason, without warning.
In such cases, BITE may also investigate the matter, suspend tracking, withhold unpaid commissions, reverse credited commissions, deny future participation, and take any other action permitted by law or by the program’s terms.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate the BITE Partner Program, including vendors that assist with website hosting, analytics, affiliate tracking, payment processing, tax reporting, email communication, fraud prevention, and customer support.
We may also share information when required by law, legal process, court order, subpoena, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, investigate suspected fraud, enforce our program rules, or protect the safety and integrity of BITE, our users, or the public.

Commissions under this program are based on approved qualifying sales of BITE General Admission tickets sold at $65.00, with a 50% commission split, unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

You are responsible for providing accurate payout and tax information and for complying with your own tax obligations related to any commissions you receive.
