The following is how the BITE Events LLC SMS/text message program works, a user who is interested in becoming a partner/affiliate and promoting the sale of our General Admission tickets will visit our website, and complete a form.

SMS messages opt-in via a form, and the messages are transactional and the frequency of messages may vary. Data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

'No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.'

BITE, also referred to in this Privacy Policy as “BITE,” “we,” “our,” or “us,” respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of individuals who apply for, join, or participate in the BITE Partner Program.

The BITE Partner Program allows approved partners to promote BITE General Admission tickets priced at $65.00 and earn a 50% commission on qualifying ticket sales attributed to their approved referral link or tracking method, subject to program rules and approval.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you apply for, join, or participate in the BITE Partner Program, including through our website, partner forms, affiliate links, dashboards, emails, and related services.

By applying for or participating in the BITE Partner Program, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect personal and business information that you provide directly to us, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing address, website address, social media pages or handles, payment details, tax information if required, and any other information you submit as part of your application or participation in the program.

We may also collect partner program information such as your application status, partner ID, referral link information, click activity, conversion activity, ticket sales attributed to your account, commission history, payment history, promotional methods, and communications with our team.

In addition, we may automatically collect certain technical information when you interact with our website or partner tools, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URL, timestamps, and cookie or tracking technology data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to evaluate applications, create and manage partner accounts, track referrals and ticket sales, calculate commissions, issue payments, communicate about the program, provide support, monitor compliance, prevent fraud, improve the program, and meet legal, tax, and business obligations.

Because the BITE Partner Program is based on promoting $65 General Admission tickets and paying a 50% commission split on eligible tracked sales, we use tracking and reporting data to determine whether a sale qualifies for commission credit.

We may also use your information to review promotional behavior and detect suspected abuse, fraud, deception, misleading advertising, unauthorized tactics, manipulation of tracking systems, or any other conduct we believe may harm BITE, customers, or the integrity of the program.

3. Affiliate Tracking, Cookies, and Commission Attribution

The BITE Partner Program may use cookies, referral links, tracking codes, pixels, and similar technologies to attribute ticket sales to approved partners.

When a customer clicks a partner link and completes a qualifying purchase, we may use the collected tracking data to determine whether the sale is eligible for commission. Commission eligibility is subject to our internal verification and program standards.

Not all clicks or purchases will necessarily qualify for commission. We reserve the right to review, withhold, reject, or reverse commission credit if we determine that a sale was invalid, fraudulent, improperly attributed, canceled, refunded, or generated in violation of our policies.

4. Fraud Prevention and Program Protection

We take the integrity of the BITE Partner Program seriously. We may monitor account activity, referral patterns, sales activity, promotional methods, and related data to detect suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

If we suspect fraudulent activity, deceptive conduct, misuse of referral links, false representation, self-dealing, unauthorized advertising practices, chargeback abuse, bot traffic, fake leads, or any conduct we believe undermines the program, BITE reserves the right to terminate the partnership at any time, for any reason, without warning.

In such cases, BITE may also investigate the matter, suspend tracking, withhold unpaid commissions, reverse credited commissions, deny future participation, and take any other action permitted by law or by the program’s terms.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate the BITE Partner Program, including vendors that assist with website hosting, analytics, affiliate tracking, payment processing, tax reporting, email communication, fraud prevention, and customer support.

We may also share information when required by law, legal process, court order, subpoena, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, investigate suspected fraud, enforce our program rules, or protect the safety and integrity of BITE, our users, or the public.

If BITE is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale, restructuring, or transfer of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Payment and Tax Information

If you are approved for the BITE Partner Program and earn commissions, we may collect payment and tax information needed to process your payouts and comply with applicable legal and tax requirements.

Commissions under this program are based on approved qualifying sales of BITE General Admission tickets sold at $65.00, with a 50% commission split, unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers, and we may rely on those providers to securely process and store certain financial information.

You are responsible for providing accurate payout and tax information and for complying with your own tax obligations related to any commissions you receive.

7. Communications

We may contact you regarding your application, approval status, partner account, referral activity, payouts, compliance issues, program updates, policy changes, and support matters.

We may also send educational, operational, or promotional emails related to the BITE Partner Program. You may opt out of promotional emails when permitted, but you may still receive non-promotional communications that are necessary for your account or participation in the program.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the BITE Partner Program, track referrals and commissions, process payments, enforce program rules, resolve disputes, investigate suspected fraud, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

We may retain certain records even after a partner relationship ends if needed for fraud prevention, legal compliance, financial reporting, or enforcement purposes.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. However, no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of certain information, restriction of certain processing, or withdrawal of consent where applicable.

To make a request related to your personal information, please contact us using the contact information listed below. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

11. Third-Party Services and Links
